The exhausting, seemingly never-ending job of sanding is just about over. The entire plane is in primer and ready for a final sanding before paint. The doors are already well aligned, and I’ve had the canard on before, but I’ve never had the wings or cowlings on. So before I send it off for paint, I wanted to one assembly to take care of any misalignments. There are a couple issues with the wing-to-strake alignment where too much/not enough filler had been put on, and the gap b/w the wing and strake is a bit too wide in a couple places – nothing too tough to fix, though. Before I do that I have to set the wings at their proper angle of incidence, though. Not sure how to do this – might require a few questions to be posed on the Reflector.
